Established 2009 – Manchester

Founded in 2009 and proudly based in Manchester, Gothic Audio began with a clear goal: create pure silver interconnects that delivered high-end performance at an affordable price. From day one, every cable has been hand-built here in Manchester — a principle that still defines our work.

As demand grew, we started importing materials and connectors directly from manufacturers, giving us tighter control over quality and specification. Despite scaling our capabilities, all cables are still hand-built in Manchester, from conductor prep to final test.

We first became known for our distinctive braided cables. In recent years we’ve expanded into our own double-shielded, silicone-insulated designs with thicker conductors for greater dynamics and noise rejection. Our recent series of cables are the first expressions of this next generation.

Today we can produce cable in-house and internally shield signal from power lines using our specialist foil tape techniques — delivering lower noise floors and cleaner, more stable sound.
