Terms & Conditions We complete most of our sales to the complete satisfaction of our customers as our feedback reflects. In the event of a problem, we will endeavour to work with you to remedy the situation, our terms and conditions set out exactly what you can expect from us and what we require of you in the event that goods are to be returned. We are fair-minded and if we're at fault we will put it right.

We accept payment Via Paypal, Bank transfer or card processing through our site.  Interconnects are often made to order but we endeavour to ship within 2 business days, we will notify you in the rare event of any delay. Components and clearance items are usually shipped within one working day, no later than 2 days from the date of payment.

Custom cable assemblies should be presumed by the seller as to be non-returnable for any reason other than for repair or re-work. Stock items purchased can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the original amount paid by the seller for the item + shipping, we will not bear the costs of returning the item to us apart from where incorrect or faulty goods have been received.

Any goods being returned to us must be in the condition they arrived at your door, in the case of faulty interconnects, (shouldn't happen as everything is fully checked) they must arrive untampered with. We will always offer a replacement for a faulty interconnect and pay any return postage costs.

International Customers
All of the above applies to your purchase but please also bear in mind the procedure for returning goods to us, especially if you are outside the EU. We must be notified of your intention to return the item, a signed for service is best for shipping but there is no need to pay extra for insurance unless you want the extra security. You should declare the item as having Zero value or returned goods, failure to do this will result in import duty and handling charges being added, in this event we retain the right to refuse the delivery to avoid the losses this would otherwise cause. Please follow our advice and returning items will be painless for you and for us.
