Custom lengths/specs can take a little longer but we will advise before hand.

We always choose tracked services. Insurance is available/included depending on service.
TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS
Dispatch email with tracking is sent the moment your parcel leaves.
Tracking may take a few hours to show first scan — that’s normal.
If an update stalls, ping us with your order number.
ADDRESS CHANGES
If you need to change the address before dispatch, email immediately with your order number.
Once shipped, we can’t reroute Royal Mail; couriers may allow changes via their app.
MISSED / FAILED DELIVERY
Carriers will leave a card or attempt redelivery.
Uncollected parcels that return to us can be re-sent (additional postage may apply).
DELAYS, LOST OR DAMAGED
If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days (UK) or 14 days (International), contact us.
Arrived damaged or faulty? Tell us — we’ll make it right.
INTERNATIONAL & CUSTOMS
Shipments are sent DAP: local taxes/duties (if any) payable by recipient.
We declare contents accurately; we don’t mark as gifts.
Customs inspections can add time — this is outside carrier control.
Tip: Provide a phone number for the carrier to speed up customs clearance.
RETURNS
Standard cables: 30-day return window.
Sealed connectors must be unused and unopened.
Contact us before returning so we can authorise and advise the best method.

Do you offer Saturday delivery? Ask — Royal Mail Special Delivery Saturday is available in many areas. Please ask as there is an extra charge and we would need to prioritise your order to get it collected in time.
