Ella 5 Pin Din Cable OCC Silver Interconnect For Naim SNAIC
Welcome to the New Ella range of cables, designed for Naim audio systems, built here in the UK.
We have named the Ella range after Ella Jane Fitzgerald who was an American jazz singer, sometimes referred to as the “First Lady of Song and “Lady Ella”. She was noted for her purity of tone, clarity & precise diction, she represents the performance of this new range of cables.
The entire range is built using very thick 20awg OCC single crystal conductors. The dielectric is teflon, we use cotton spacer, the cables utilise a twin shield of mylar/ Aluminium tape and braided copper. The outer insulation is a super soft and flexible silicone rubber, over this we use the flexo noise reduction sleeving.
The connectors are manufactured by Deltron, metal bodied with silver plated high quality pins. The build quality of this range is 2nd to none, the single crystal silver with a cross section of 0.75mm per pin produces the same sound as our Nublu range with even lower capacitance.
In the coming days we will launch an extensive range of these interconnects.
Common use?
This interconnect is made with 240 degree 5pin din plugs and is commonly used between Naim PRE-AMPLIFIER and POWER SUPPLY + others. It is fully wired for both AUDIO and DC power and can be used to power devices.

Regarding 5 PIN SNAIC and 4 PIN to 3 Pin XLR for 250. New Ella interconnects arrived and are now burned in. Highly recommended. My impression – like getting a new set of amplifiers. More bass, smoother high frequency, punchy, better clarity and dynamics. No loss of PRAT, if anything it is even better. I liked my previous interconnects from Flashback Cable Sales, but this is another level as one would hope for the cost increase over Flashback. (Flashback sadly is gone now as the owner enjoys music in heaven.) System: 2 HiCap, 32.5, Prefix, 250. All regulator boards are from Avondale which brought more more Naim sound like I imagine the DR update would do if available for Chrome Bumper/Olive series. 250 amplifier boards from Witch Hat which also kept Naim sound while adding clarity and eliminating hiss. All unneeded boards removed from 32.5.
